What will you be doing as our Sales Executive?

• Prospecting: Actively identifying and targeting potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.
• Pitching: Delivering tailored sales presentations that wow clients and close deals.
• Building relationships: Becoming the trusted go-to contact for clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Achieving targets: Hitting monthly sales goals and contributing to team success.
• Collaborating: Working with the recruitment team to deliver on promises and match clients’ needs.

What we’re looking for:

• A natural people-person who thrives in building relationships.
• Confidence in pitching and presenting to businesses.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills – the art of persuasion is your forte!
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting (and smashing!) sales targets.
• IT literate and comfortable using CRMs and email systems.
• A car driver with access to your own vehicle (for face-to-face client meetings).
