Role of the Compliance Administrator
Green Bee Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Administrator to join our Birmingham team. In this role, you will manage compliance documentation, prepare reports, support audits, and ensure the company meets all legal and industry regulations. You will work closely with operational teams to implement compliance policies and maintain adherence to high safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator
• Prepare, maintain, and update compliance documentation and records
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Create and update compliance reports to monitor adherence to standards
• Coordinate with teams to ensure regulatory and legal requirements are met
• Assist in the implementation and review of compliance policies and procedures
• Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
Requirements for the Compliance Administrator role
Qualifications:
• Qualification in Business Administration, Compliance Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions
• Detail-oriented and highly organised approach to documentation
• Understanding of finance processes as they relate to compliance and operational management
• Familiarity with industry-specific approvals (NERS, CHAS, or similar) is advantageous
Experience:
• Previous experience in a compliance, regulatory, or administrative role is preferred
