Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

Role of the Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our Electrical Services division. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination across teams, maintaining accurate documentation and data, and providing essential administrative support that enables the operational team to deliver a high-quality service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping processes running efficiently.


Responsibilities of the Administrator

  • Maintain daily operational schedules, workflow trackers, and documentation
  • Prepare and process operational paperwork, work orders, and engineer visit records
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone to schedule works and chase outstanding purchase orders
  • Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and timely workflow
  • Update CRM systems and internal logs with accurate data and documentation
  • Support audits and compliance checks
  • Issue client invoicing
  • Identify data gaps or errors and correct them promptly

Requirements for the Administrator role

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Business Operations, or similar (preferred but not essential)

Skills:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools

Experience:

  • Previous experience in administration, operations support, or an office-based role
  • Familiarity with operational processes, CRM systems, and order processing
  • Experience preparing reports, analysing data, or supporting management decision-making
