Role of the Property Paralegal
Green Bee Recruitment is seeking a Property Paralegal to join a busy and friendly Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential or commercial property law who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will assist solicitors and conveyancers with a wide range of legal and administrative tasks to ensure property transactions run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities of the Property Paralegal
- Support fee earners with all aspects of property transactions
- Prepare documents and correspondence
- Conduct searches and manage client due diligence
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
- Assist with completion and post-completion tasks
- Maintain accurate and well-organised files
Requirements for the Property Paralegal role
Qualifications:
- Law degree, LPC/SQE or equivalent qualification (desirable)
Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
- Strong IT and administrative skills
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience working in property law (residential or commercial)
- Team player who enjoys working collaboratively
