Role of the Residential Conveyancer
Green Bee Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer) to join a friendly and professional property team. You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgage, and transfers of equity, supported by a collaborative and well-structured department.
Responsibilities of the Residential Conveyancer
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from start to finish
- Handle freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions
- Draft and review contracts, raise and respond to enquiries, and liaise with lenders
- Deliver excellent client care and build long-term relationships
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm standards
Requirements for the Residential Conveyancer role
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and client care skills
- Proactive, positive, and highly organised
Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to handle a large volume of residential conveyancing files independently
- Team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive workplace
