About the Nursery Nurse role:
- Salary: Up to £12.00 Per hour
- Contract type: Permeant – All year round or term time only will be considered
- Hours: Full time and Part time opportunities available – Monday – Friday, varied shifts between nursery opening hours (8:00am – 6.00pm)
- Location: Wombourne
Role of the Nursery Nurse:
- Working within a team to provide stimulating and fun activities for children, support daily routines and maintain a safe environment for all children
- Key worker responsibilities includes planning, observations, report writing and working with the EYFS framework
- Support and monitor children’s progress and development
- Parent partnership is paramount – liaising with parents and carers, giving daily handovers and maintaining positive relationships
Requirements for the Nursery Nurse role:
- Must hold a minimum full and relevant level 3 Childcare qualification.
- Have exceptional understanding of safeguarding.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
