Location Coverage

Covering the Midlands – ideally based around Leicester, Nottingham, or Derby, or within 25 miles of Tamworth.

Role

We’re seeking an experienced Gas Qualified Domestic Appliance Service Engineer to carry out fault-finding, repairs, and installations on a wide range of household appliances, including gas and electric models.
You’ll visit customers’ homes across the Midlands, providing a professional, courteous, and efficient service.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair domestic appliances, including gas appliances.
  • Perform installations, maintenance, and safety checks to required standards.
  • Manage van stock and ensure accurate completion of electronic worksheets.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented company vehicle.
  • Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Domestic Appliance or White Goods Engineer.
  • Gas Safe registration (essential).
  • Strong electrical diagnostic and repair skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Relevant electrical or appliance repair qualifications preferred.
  • Able to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
