Role of the Property Paralegal

Green Bee Recruitment is seeking a Property Paralegal to join a busy and friendly Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in residential or commercial property law who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will assist solicitors and conveyancers with a wide range of legal and administrative tasks to ensure property transactions run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities of the Property Paralegal

  • Support fee earners with all aspects of property transactions
  • Prepare documents and correspondence
  • Conduct searches and manage client due diligence
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
  • Assist with completion and post-completion tasks
  • Maintain accurate and well-organised files

Requirements for the Property Paralegal role

Qualifications:

  • Law degree, LPC/SQE or equivalent qualification (desirable)

Skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Strong IT and administrative skills

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience working in property law (residential or commercial)
  • Team player who enjoys working collaboratively
