Green Bee Recruitment is proud to partner with Black Country Ales to find passionate, community minded individuals or couples to run one of their traditional pubs in Coventry.

Step into a well maintained, ready made pub that specialises in real ale, with the freedom of being your own boss. You’ll also benefit from a full support network and ongoing training to ensure smooth and successful operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for hospitality and community engagement

• Previous licensee or pub management experience is advantageous, but not essential

• A desire to build strong relationships and be the face of a local hub

What You’ll Get:

• A fully maintained pub, ready to run

• 18% of all weekly gross wet sales (equivalent to approx. 21% of net sales)

• Onsite accommodation provided, with bills fully covered (excluding council tax and personal TV licence)

• Freedom and flexibility of self-employment be your own boss

• Running costs covered by the company

• Ongoing training and support from Black Country Ales

• Open-ended agreement no fixed-term contract
