Job Description

Location: Office-based in Sedgley

Salary: £28,275 per year
Commission: Based on new business and shared commission on initial placements made
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm
Job type: Full-time, Permanent

About the role- Sales Executive

This is a sales-focused role where your main goal will be to win new clients and bring vacancies into the business .

You will be contacting businesses, building relationships, booking discovery calls and selling Green Bee Recruitment services in a professional and consultative way.

This role would suit someone with experience in sales, B2B sales, business development, telesales, recruitment, account management or outbound sales.

Sales Executive- What you’ll be doing

  • Making outbound sales calls to new businesses.
  • Prospecting for new clients by phone, email and follow-up.
  • Speaking with business owners and decision makers.
  • Booking discovery calls and client meetings.
  • Selling recruitment services to businesses.
  • Building a pipeline of prospects and clients.
  • Bringing new vacancies into the business.
  • Working towards sales targets.
  • Keeping accurate notes on the CRM system.

Sales Executive- What we’re looking for

Previous experience in sales, business development, telesales, recruitment or account management.

  • Confident making outbound calls.
  • Comfortable speaking to new businesses.
  • Motivated by sales, targets, commission and results.
  • Professional, organised and resilient.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn- Very Important!
