Role of the Sales Administrator

This a temporary to permanent role looking for someone ambitious in a growing division. You will play a vital role in supporting the divisional manager and sales department by handling key administrative tasks, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and enabling the sales team to focus on client engagement and driving revenue growth. If you’re proactive, adaptable, and enjoy being at the heart of a busy sales environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator

As our Sales Administrator, you will:

· Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, contracts, and invoices with accuracy and compliance.

· Maintain and update the CRM system with leads, opportunities, and customer information.

· Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

· Act as a point of contact for client queries, onboarding, and after-sales support.

· Assist with tender submissions, proposal preparation, and maintaining sales collateral.

· Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and accurate record-keeping.

Requirements for the Sales Administrator role

Skills

· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

· Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Experience

· Previous experience in sales administration, sales support, or office administration.

· Familiarity with CRM systems, sales processes, and order management.

· Experience producing reports and supporting management decision-making.

Qualifications

· Business Administration, Sales, or related qualification (preferred, not essential).
