💷 £55,000 – £85,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Green Bee Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly respected regional law firm based in Tenbury Wells who are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a property lawyer to take over an existing and varied caseload within a long-standing firm that has built a strong reputation within the local business community.
The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial and agricultural property matters, with some residential conveyancing for long-standing clients. The firm offers a supportive working environment, high-quality work and genuine Partnership potential for the right individual.
Role – Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer
As a Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of property transactions including commercial and agricultural property matters.
You will work closely with clients and other property professionals including estate agents, accountants and developers, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and to a high professional standard.
This position would suit a solicitor or conveyancer who enjoys working in a collaborative and reputable firm, while maintaining autonomy over their caseload.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Managing a varied caseload of commercial and agricultural conveyancing matters
• Handling landlord and tenant matters, both commercial and residential
• Managing freehold and leasehold property transactions
• Supporting development acquisitions and plot sales
• Drafting and advising on option agreements, promotion agreements and overage agreements
• Liaising with clients and external professionals including estate agents, accountants and developers
• Progressing property transactions from instruction through to completion
Requirements
To be considered for this role you should have:
• Previous PQE in commercial property law
• Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and conveyancing
• Experience handling freehold and leasehold property matters
• The ability to manage your own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
