At Green Bee Recruitment, we’re buzzing to be working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm in Shrewsbury who are looking to appoint an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (2+ years’ PQE) to join their growing and busy team.
This is a standout opportunity for a driven property lawyer to step into a thriving office where there is a strong and consistent flow of high-quality commercial property work, alongside genuine scope to play a key role in the continued growth of the department.
The Role
You’ll join an established and supportive multi-office Real Estate team, handling a broad and varied caseload of commercial property matters. This will include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development matters, and general property portfolio management from instruction through to completion.
This role will also see you actively involved in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, agents, lenders, and other professional referrers, helping to further strengthen the firm’s presence and reputation across the Shrewsbury and wider commercial property market.
What We’re Looking For
· UK-qualified Real Estate Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE (applications below this level cannot be considered)
· Proven track record of managing a full commercial property caseload independently
· Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work
· Stable career history demonstrating progression and commitment
· Confident communicator with excellent client care and commercial awareness
· Proactive approach to business development and relationship building
· Ability to work effectively within a busy, collaborative team environment
