This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy and well-established department, working alongside experienced Partners and a supportive team, with a steady flow of high-quality work.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied and interesting Private Client caseload, including:
· Wills & Estate Planning
· Probate & Estate Administration
· Lasting Powers of Attorney
· Trusts and general Private Client matters
This is a true generalist Private Client role, offering exposure to a broad range of work and clients from diverse backgrounds.
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with a UK qualified Solicitor with:
· 2–6 years PQE in Private Client law
· Strong experience across Wills, Probate, LPAs & Estates
· A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, client-focused advice
· Confidence in building relationships and cross-referring across departments
· A proactive, business development mindset with the ability to help grow the practice
