Location: Office-based in Sedgley
Salary: £28,275 per year + 5% commission on permanent placements
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm
Job type: Full-time, permanent

About the role

Green Bee Recruitment is looking for a confident, sales-focused Recruitment Consultant to help grow our recruitment business.

This role is mainly focused on winning new clients, bringing vacancies into the business, building relationships and generating permanent placement revenue.

You will be working from a mostly cold desk, with some active clients to start, so you must be comfortable prospecting, making outbound calls and speaking to decision

makers.

This role would suit someone with experience in recruitment, sales, business development, telesales, account management or B2B sales.

What you’ll be doing as a Recruitment Consultant

• Prospecting for new business by phone, email, follow-up and visits.
• Speaking with business owners and decision makers about their recruitment needs.
• Booking and completing discovery calls with potential clients.
• Selling Green Bee Recruitment services in a consultative and professional way.
• Converting prospects into clients.
• Bringing new vacancies into the business.
• Managing recruitment campaigns from advert to placement.
• Screening candidates and matching them to client vacancies.
• Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Working towards sales, activity and placement targets.
• Keeping accurate notes on the CRM system.
• Supporting compliance and documentation where required.

Recruitment Consultant- What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and motivated by results.

You’ll need:

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development, telesales, account management or B2B sales.
• Confidence making outbound calls and approaching new businesses.
• A strong interest in winning clients and generating revenue.
• Good communication skills.
• A professional and friendly phone manner.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Resilience when dealing with objections and knockbacks.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn- Very Important!
• Previous recruitment agency experience would be useful, but we are also open to strong salespeople who are ready to learn recruitment.
